The item must be in its original packaging, and must include the packing slip, just follow these simple steps:
Report any damaged item(s) to the delivery courier service ASAP. Be sure to sign for damaged pieces by placing your signature on the original packing slip accompanying the goods.
Next, contact our customer service department toll-free at 1-800-565-2172 or email@example.com, during regular business hours.
Return Authorization numbers are required for all returns. We will give you a Return Authorization (RA#) number when you contact us about a defective or damaged product.
When you receive your RA#, include it with the following address (as indicated here) :

The dealer will send the package prepaid to Win-Leader Corp. This protects you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. COLLECT SHIPMENTS WILL BE REFUSED. If a replacement item is being returned to the customer Win-Leader Corp. will ship the replacement item prepaid.
